We need your help!

It’s that time of year again-to pay the lease on Hart Farms! You know, those darn property taxes! We need your help to keep these trails open for all of us to use! We ask that you leave a donation when you use the trails in any way. $5 is suggested for each use, but if you go to the trails frequently we have another option for you. Annual donations-$50 for individuals and $100 for families including children under 16. If for some reason you are oonot able to donate money, your time would be much appreciated to help keep the trails in shape and keep the property clean. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you as always for all of your help! It is much appreciated!

Help Maintain the Trails you love!

Maintaining a trail system takes lots of time, man power and money!  If you love to spend time outdoors you come to appreciate a nice groomed trail. Whether it be running, hiking or mountain biking.  Many hours of effort have gone into the process of creating and maintaining just one trail.  Hart Farms is no exception, and Jimmy Scott has poured countless hours and dollar bills into this project.  Last year a group of us stepped up to help out so these trails would continue to be maintained for all of our use.  As part of this effort, many have donated their time and or money.  Moving forward, we would like to ask that if you use the trails, please 1. leave no trace 2. leave a donation to help with our efforts and 3. if you can’t afford to leave any amount of a donation, please volunteer some of your time to help keep the trails and facilities at trailhead clean for others coming after you.

Thank you in advance!

Trail Maintenance Training and Sustainability

Michael Nash

Michael Nash, one of our Board Members,  has spent every Tuesday out at Hart Farms building “Nashville”  a new trail that surrounds the trailhead.   He is almost done and we’ll need everyone to come ride it, run it and pack it down.  Thank you Michael.

Trail Update 7/9/13

Currently our trails are extremely wet.  Only sections of the eastern half are ride able.  A few more days of sunshine should make things much better.
